About
The Art Department is a collective of artists who are persuing a career in fine art. Many of the artists who participate in our events are also strong advocates for bringing art and art education into their local community.Nina Bednarski and Craig Grabhorn founded this group in March of 2007 to keep pace with other US cities who have larger and healthier art scenes. It is our hope that by bringing artists together for these events we can encourage more serious talent to stay right here in Wisconsin. Our events are always open to the public, it is important to us that the community start a dialogue about contemporary art and meet the artists who are driven to create it.
